1. There are 18 games in a season and a final table and the end of the season.
2. Players are awarded a personal bank account with 8000 chips to use the entire season. The funds in your account are for your initial buy-in or any additional buy-ins if required. You may also choose to invest some of your funds (explained on rule 10) There is no interest charge to use the funds in your account.
Example:
Let say for example you buy-in with 1K chips. Your ending balance is 1,500. 1,000 is returned to your bank account and 500 to your season chip total.
or
Let say you buy-in with 1K chips. Your ending balance is 500. Only 500 is returned to your bank account and -500 to your season chip total.
NOTE : Your personal bank account is separate from you season chip total. Bank account chips are for buying in and for investing purposes not to be confused with chips to use at the final table.
3.Players are allowed to buy-in as many times as they please but it will negatively affect their score and chip count at the end of each night. Players may choose to continue to buy-in from their personal bank account with no interest fees or borrow from the loan sharks service for the steep indicated interest rates. The interest fee is per buy-in. This may favor you sometimes in the long run if your account is getting low. It's important to never let your bank account become lower than what you owe, If you are positive in points but negative in chips you may buy-in as a wild card as long as you pay off your negative balance in your bank account , negative chip balance and pay the wild card fee of 1,000. If this can be accomplished then you have 750 chips plus any commission obtained through investments on top of the 750 (max 1500). You must also have played 27% of the games (5 games) through out the whole season.
4. Each season has an MVP player which is determined by a point ranking system. Players obtain points every game in the manner and level of playing in several categories. To qualify for MVP you must have the highest points and played at least 12 games.
5. In the following season the MVP and Final table winners have 150 chip bounty paid to the player that knocks them out each time.
6. Dealers. Dealers will be paid for every hour of dealing. Every player present for at least 15 minutes will pay each dealer 25 chips. Dealing payments start at 8 PM and end with the last payment at 11 PM. First person to ask to deal at the hour of change holds the right to choose who he wants to replace. Dealers must control the game at all times and not be distracted by their phone. Dealers will be warned once. If warned a second time the dealers will pay back the 25 to the pot for each warning there after. Dealers will make the final call in a dispute.
7. If a player does not have there chips in front of him he will not be dealt in.
8. Raising a Bet. All bets must double the last raise. Example; player bets a total of 50, the next bet will be a minimum of 100. The 3rd player must raise it to a total of 200 minimum.
9 . Etiquette. Players must respect a hand in progress by not making comments in reference to the hand in play, gestures indicating what you through away or coaching in any way is not allowed. No rabbit hunting, flipping someones cards or or sharing ones cards after folding with another is no longer allowed. Show one show all.
10. Investing. Another way to earn money for your bank account is by investing .You may invest some of you money from your make believe bank account on any player (s) . Investing or selling window closes prior to starting any game. After the first game is played you can begin to invest. You cannot invest on any negative player. This season we will use their points (ERA) as the value of share value. You can invest even if you are not playing that night.
11. Commissions. What are commissions you may ask? Every player has a percentage of commission he can earn separately on top of the total portfolio value. The lower the risk the lower the percentage you will earn and vise versus with a high risk investment. What determines the risk. How a player played last season (ERA). Your allowed to invest on yourself (1K Max) as well and earn commissions as well. Opposed to your bank account funds you may take up to 1500 of commission earned and add this to you season chip total. This especially helps those who are wild cards. If you are a wild card player you get 750 chips if you qualify plus up to 1500 from your commission. Wild card example 750 + 1500 = 2250 . You don't have to invest but I suggest you invest wisely it may come in handy.
12. Additional ways to increase your bank account. Single buy-ins earn you 100 chips. Ending up positive for the night earns you another 100 chips. For every bounty you get you will earn 100 chips for every bounty. These earnings go to your bank account not your season chip total.
